Instructions Air Fryer Chicken Cordon Bleu:
Preheat the air fryer to 380°F.
Pound chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap to a 1/2-inch thickness.
On each pounded chicken breast, arrange a slice of cheese and a slice of ham. Starting from the narrow end, roll up each breast and fasten it with toothpicks.
Set up three bowls – one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Dredge each chicken roll in flour first, dip in egg next, then coat with seasoned panko mixture, pressing to adhere crumbs.
Spray chicken rolls lightly with oil.
Preheat the air fryer. Cook the chicken in the preheated air fryer in batches for 14-16 minutes, flipping the chicken halfway through the cooking time, until the chicken is fully cooked and the breading is crispy.
